Airen Collection a new sense of Wellbeing

Airen Collection are the homes that launch Elements EcoResidences, a benchmark for sustainability on the Costa Blanca North, located in the town of Llíber, based on respect for the environment, transmitting the values of the local culture, the well-being of its residents by promoting community life and a healthy lifestyle in contact with nature. The architecture of Airen Collection is based on the earth colours, on the dry stone walls and on the native vegetation of the area, so that the houses are integrated into the landscape of the Vall del Pop. Its design and equipment are designed for low energy consumption. The homes have an aerothermal system for heating and sanitary hot water, under-floor heating, photovoltaic panels, motorised ventilation system, electric car charging point, home automation, terraced gardens with traditional stone walls and native plants, among other elements. In addition, in order to ensure that mobility around the residential complex is respectful, a car or two electric bicycles are included with each home.
